纽约华人网360（Link NY News）是一个专为大纽约地区华人打造的本地生活信息平台。我们致力于让初来乍到和长期定居的华人都能更轻松地找到房子、工作、二手好物、靠谱商家与同城伙伴。
Link NY News is a local community information platform built for the Chinese community across the New York metropolitan area. Our goal is to help both newcomers and long-time residents find housing, jobs, secondhand goods, trusted local merchants, and neighbors more easily.

Who We Are
纽约华人网360 由一群在纽约生活多年的华人共同运营。我们深知刚到一个陌生城市时，找房、找工作、办手续、买家具的种种不易，也明白语言与信息差带来的困扰。因此我们搭建了这个集房屋租赁、招聘求职、二手闲置、生活服务、本地商家与社区交流于一体的中文平台，把分散在各处的本地信息汇聚到一起，让大家用熟悉的语言、在一个地方就能办好生活中的大小事。
Link NY News is run by a group of Chinese residents who have lived in New York for years. We know first-hand how hard it can be to find an apartment, land a job, handle paperwork, or furnish a new home after arriving in an unfamiliar city, and how much the language and information gap adds to the stress. That is why we built this Chinese-language platform that brings housing, jobs, secondhand listings, local services, neighborhood merchants, and community discussion together in one place.

- Local services: moving, repairs, postpartum care, tax filing, legal consultation and other day-to-day services.
- Local merchants: a curated directory of Chinese restaurants, grocery stores and service providers.
- Community: neighborhood Q&A, tips and local discussion.
- Local news: practical, New-York-focused information and community updates.

我们坚持真实、免费与友善的原则。普通用户发布信息完全免费；我们对房源与商家信息进行人工与关键词审核，努力减少虚假与重复内容；对涉及欺诈、骚扰或违规的内容，我们会及时下架处理。我们尊重并保护用户隐私，详情请见隐私政策。我们也鼓励每一位用户在交易前多沟通、多核实，共同营造一个可信赖的华人社区。
We are committed to being authentic, free and friendly. Posting is completely free for individual users; we review listings and merchant information through a combination of manual moderation and keyword filtering to reduce fake or duplicate content, and we promptly remove content involving fraud, harassment or policy violations. We respect and protect user privacy, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we encourage every user to communicate and verify carefully before any transaction so that we can build a trustworthy community together.
